ive been looking at my 400 and i think it needs cut fenders and i was just wondering if there is something to use thatll make the job the easyest possible and make it come out the best

Jigsaw with a fine tooth blade. Tape where you want to cut and cut along the edge of the tape.
yeah use a jigsaw, then afterwards clean it up with a file and sand paper, then you get doewn to like 300 grit, get a heat gun or propane torch and carefully melt the the plastic, after that itll look factory

i used a fine blade for a hacksaw wrapped in some shop wrags. cause i wasn't too sure of my jigsawing sills.

i used a dremel with a cut off wheel, it worked great and then i used a sanding bit to clean up the cuts real good
