I bent two intake valves, what do i need to replace them. Just the valves and valve seals?

You need to check more than just the valves. If you bent the valves open then theres a good chance you cracked the guides as well. When you remove the valves, look inside and inspect the edge of the guides for any cracks, even hairline. If there is any crack in them you will need to get them replaced which is a hassle.

A machine shop has to press them out, and heat your head up to over 300 degrees before pressing in new frozen guides. In that case you will need a couple new small sealing o-rings too. Whether or not you need to replace the guides, you will want to replace your valve seals no matter what. Just not a good idea to reuse them, and theyre cheap.
