clinging/chattering at high rpms

Well i bought a 2002 400EX a week ago, it has a White Brothers Full Exhaust, and Jet Kit. At first i couldn't notice the noise too much. But i went and rode it yesterday and there's like a clinging vibrating tinny sound near the front of the engine at high rpms. Kinda sounds like something is loose and vibrating but i've checked all bolts , nuts etc. I've also noticed little puffs of bluish smoke sometimes. Any idea what this could be, it's driving me nuts!

The rings could be shot. The noise is most likely the exhaust pipe rattling. My hmf does it.
