just sold my 400ex and and now wont start!!!!!!!!!!!!

before i sold my 400ex i adjusted the valves exactly how it says to on here but there was no play in the rocker arms at all then after i adjusted them it started once and now it wont start at all theres nothing what could be wrong!!!!!!!!!!!! the jetting sounded a hair off but not bad if that has anything to do with it. all comments welcome

Sounds like you had it at the wrong TDC. There are two TDC's in one cycle. You had it at the wrong one. It needs to be on the compression stroke. The reason you rockers had no play is because the valves were open and you adjusted them wrong now. You might have to take the cover off now and reset it with the cam lobes pointing down.
