hey , i still havent coughed enough money to buy me a steering stem yet.. that is just to much money to blow !! this sucks very bad one fliop and its gone... HONDa who needs emm ...

anyhow i was just playing but what tires do you guys recomend me to get for loose hill climbiing and hard pack hill climbling that is really light CHEAP and also slides around really well where i can just cut a fish tail to get myself out of situtions easier than i can with stock radials .. casue they suck !! untill you wear them out then you can do anything you can spin around on black top like it isnt nothing...

anyone know what would be a good tire?? also i do alot of stock drag racing i dont want nothing that is going to slow me down

I know I might get made fun of for saying this but the Kenda Dominators slide awsome. They also do pretty good in mud and good on hard pack hills. They do take a bit of a run though for really muddy hills but they also wear like iron. So thats just my 2 cents.

Turf tamers. Grove them and they are the best, cheap to.

I've always thought that the Turf Tamers where very soft tires for m/x?? I wouldnt think you would want a soft tire on trails because it would wear out so fast.

razor or stock tires are great. Stock tires take a lot of getting used to, to predict when it will catch but if you trail ride and hill climb they are great tires.

Tamers do wear kinda fast but they are cheap and work great.
razrs are pretty good too.

when you say that turf tamers wear down fast do you mean after you groove them. because ive heard that turf tamers last a long time.

The more you grove them the quicker they wear. But it also depends on how much you ride and if you ride on pavement too.

anyone have a picture of grooved turf tamers? you are right...they are really cheap. walmart even sells some turf tamer knock offs for 45 dollars lol. it would be fun to experiment with grooving.

4 months to a year depending on how much you ride.

I get my 18 inch tamers for $35 a piece. For that price im not going to switch to holeshot mx's
