New steering stem?

I have a problem.

On my handlebars, id like them to be higher,(i.e. sit higher)
Because, my riding style is just used to higher handlebars.
What could i do to raise thema bit, without blowing alot of money.( i already tried adjusting them)

hmm if handy with a torch get some sheets of alum. cut them for the right shape drill holes in the right spot install then go get longer bolts;) :D

buy a higher bend bar such as cr high or cr double high
