I'm getting ready to install my 13:1 piston and cam. I went to get a top end gasket kit and I was told the cometic kit costs $70! I don't know if this is right or not, but that seemed way too high. So I called the dealership and they had the factory kit for $40. Still seemed kind of high, but maybe I'm wrong. Anyways just wondering if the cometic is a better kit over factory. I always used them because that was the only thing the shop I normally deal with carries. Would you say with that high of compression I need a gasket kit stronger than factory?
