Get a buffer wheel for one of your cordless drills or get some aluminum polish and start rubbin away. Those are what i would do.

The best thing I have found so far is Green Scotchbrite pads...you can get them at any autoparts store that sells paint and body supplies. The work pretty fast...

FYI...according to Muzzy this is the preferred way to clean stainless pipes.

this is what i do. i buy a new exhaust gasket, remove the header, and buff the stainless header on my buffing wheel using green polish.:o

o, i thoguh he was trying to clean the blue off after he got done with his jetting cahnges, thinking that it would go away.

If your pipe is blue right after you jetted it it means its a little too lean. You want a golden colored head pipe if you want to know if your jetting is correct so he is tryin to get rid of the blue to get to the gold.
