well the deler finally looked at my motor and he found a rag stuffed in the head of the motor nere one of the valves.
how the hell does a rag getinto a motor ?

someone whos careless and put on your head with out realizing what hes done
Whoever was working on the engine left it in there.
If it can happen on an operating table it can happen there.

exactly, when people have the exhaust or carb removed they will shove a rag in the hole to keep out dirt and dust, they just forgot it was in there.

Like, in the valve cover? With the crankshaft?
It's definitely not good, but unless it gets caught in the cam chain or pinched in the rockers, it isn't going to hurt anything. It will just sit there, probably soak up some oil. If it didn't get caught in anything, it won't cause a failure.

i have not seen it but from what i have heard for the guy its in the head and valve cover next to a valve
