Make my 250 EX faster!

HI! I was wondering what i should do to make my quad faster without making my quad loud because the neighbors will get mad at me and i will have to stop riding. I was thinking about getting the FMF Q-Series but i am not sure if that is the best pipe for me to get. Do you think i should big bore it to a 300 or this jet it or put a pipe on it. Do u also think that i should put Maxxis Razr tires on it or lower it for better traction. If you think i should put anything else on it tell me here.

sell it and buy a 250r or 400ex

it aint worth it to blow $ on modding it

I agree. You could buy a pipe for it if you wanted to but its not going to help it all that much.

White Bros is supposed to be coming out with a big bore kit, or so ive heard but its not gonna be no 300, youd be watchin your piston move up and down from the side of the motor if you bored it out that much. haha. The 250 is only 229ccs and youd be lucky to add another 20-30 with a big bore. :cool:

Ok i have another question my friend has a 250X and he was wondering if there was any thing he can do to make it faster because we are going to Dirt Week at the Hatefield and Mcoy trails. He already has a Cobra Megaphone pipe and it is jetted and he was wondering if there was as anything else he can do to make it better.

I have a megamax on my 250ex and a k&n with fast trekkers and i can tell a big difference and the fmf megamax with disc on isnt that loud and u can even buy a quiet core to put in it to make it even quieter.
