416 Oil Leak question

I just had my 400 built to a 416. After about 3/4 tank of gas breaking it in (It has crazy power now!) I noticed the smell and smoke of oil. After cleaning it up and running idle in driveway, I found the source. I'm having the guy who built it replace the washer, but is there anything I should know about this specific leak? Anybody else have experience with this? Both bolts are seeping oil. They are located on gear shift side of engine:

MAke sure they are tight. I also thought that those were supposed to be lock tighted in because they were the rocker pins.

they weren't removed for the 416 build, but for some reason now they leak. I'm hoping it's just the washer - probably is - my mechanic is the best in the midwest! (right Colby..ha!)
