ok,
on a 87' Honda 250x, where the magneto is on the left side of the quad (take off the side case and there it is) is it supposed to be dry or is there supposed to be oil? if it's supposed to be dry is there a seal thats behind the fly wheel? and how hard is out it to change. the other thing is it wont start, dont know if it's because of that or....? but its got compression and fire.
