im thinking about getting a pair for my 450r, how do they perform compared to the stock 450r shocks? or stock revalve and resprings? since they have air in them and not oil, doesnt that mean they would be as suseptable (sp) to heat fading?

i know natalie uses them (the custom ones) so how do they hold up to all around riding? (mx, xc, trail)

All they use is air. No oil, no springs. You can adjust the pressure with an included pump. I've seen a review online, and they say they work great, but they were on a 400ex.

They do use oil.....

They use oil just like any other shock, but they have an air spring rather than a coil spring. The nice thing about this is that your spring rate is adjustable with a pump. So instead of adjusting your pre-load collar, or changing springs all you have do is increase or decrease the air pressure with the supplied pump.

Does anyone know how much these shocks are? And is anyone running them in cross country races?
