race plastics with lights?

i was thinking about putting a set of front race fenders on a 400ex witch makes the area where the stock lights are smooth and eliminates them i was thinking of buying some other lights if i did this and mounting them somewhere else like from under the fenders or something, i got this idea from a buddy with a 450r who was planning on doing the same thing i just dont know if this is a good idea or if it would look horrible, let me know what you think (not having lights at all isnt an option, i like riding at night)

u can get trail tech lights which mount on the handle bars

yea get trail tech lights. there small and put out great light.

or a used 300ex light maybe, they are kinda ugly but alot cheaper than trail tech
