i noticed last week my rim started to wobble so today i swapped the rims from either side and the rim is bent forsure and also the rim that wasnt bent is wobbling a little bit. would this mean the axle is bent? and would all this would be coverd by the warrenty?

The axle might be bent. The hub could be bent also. Put the hub and rim from the good side on the bad side and check it. If it still wobbles, then the axle is bent. I don't know if they will cover it under warranty. You can ask.
