400EX HMF pilot jet

i need to know what size pilot jet to use on my 400EX. I have an HMF slip on and a K&N air filter. I already have a .175 main jet. also if i get this pilot jet, what position should i put the clip on?

try around second or third clip

175 seems rich on the mj. If you got that off their website then dont listen to it and call them direct and tell them what sea level you are at and what mods you have and they will give you a ballpark figure. 42 should be close on the pilot.
