the lt's had a powervalve (the newer ones) the trx didnt. thats your difference

the exhaust pipe goes on the opposite side as well i think, lol

the 250R has a narrower frame in the front between the upper a-arms and it handles much better than the LT the 250R also has way more parts available for it and has a really low aggressive feel too it the suzuki had a nasty motor though I would go with LT for flat track becuase it had a more laid back type handling like not as aggresive but the honda dominates the MX track
