I was thinking about

Pipe and jet kit
aluminum airbox

and what else do they make to make it go faster without getting into the internals of the motor

Suspension will make you faster than any other mod expensive but well worth the $$$

dont even worry about a pipe get everything else take ur baffle out sounds just as good and keeps the power evend out unless u want bottom end

i don't know about the airbox.
-get an exhaust
-you could just get a intake kit that fits inside the stock one(sparks, pro-design, ron woods). but i've been told that you don't gain much power over the stock setup with the airbox lid off
-a bigger carb(fcr or lectron, 41-44mm) is good for about 2 hp.
-and you can do the cam-mod, also about 2 hp. here are instructions and videos on how to do the cammod.
cam mod info (http://www.allthingsmoto.com/forums/showthread.php?t=12298) you will have to register on that site for it to work for you tho

The removed baffle is good if you cannot afford an exhaust. The gains that an aftermarket exhaust provide are 10 times better than a removed baffle.

Jet it
Pipe it (slip on is all you need)
pitch the airbox lid.

RIDE.

Those simple steps willtake you all the way, unless you are an A rider.

Well....what do you want? Do you want something that sounds good and goes fast in a drag? Or do you want something that rides smooth that will allow you to go faster on the track or the trail?

If you want strait stretch fast do motor mods

If you want track fast upgrade the suspension because the stock suspension limits how much of your power you can use. Good luck!
