Looks like you need some new carrier bearings.

yea same thing happened to me, yea u need new bearings in your carrier, dont woory about it, just dont ride it again, u ntil you get new ones
ya and when u order try to get all ballz bearings they are better and last longer

a lonestar double row bearing carrier is a good choice. it has a grease fitting and the bearings are wider then stock.

axle bearings, carrier bearings, rear bearings same things but thats definately what you need

there not too bad to change, i had to on all the quads ive owned
