2+6 rear wheels instead of teh norm 3+5???

simple question do they make a 2+6 rear wheel instead of the normal 3+5? (douglas red labels are the wheels)

I'm almost positive that Douglas only makes their 9x8 rears in a 3-5 offset. ITP however offers their T-9 wheels in a 9x9 inch rear with a 3-6 offset.
