I don't believe they are the rolled lip wheels. I am just going to sell the quad as it sits now, because I got the title for the frame in the mail. It will make it much easier to sell that way now.

I paid $300+ for the bars which I can atleast get $200 for on ebay.
The wheels I have $120 in them which I can get atleast $90 on ebay for.
The stand is going to be to much to ship. I would be like giving it away for that much. I would do $75 shipped on the stand.
