Can you mount up a LSR powerflow airbox system on a stock frame??
I would like one for my R project no link rear but have heard that they will restrict the airflow to the engine.
Should I just use an ESR airbox eliminator instead?? I just worry about mud and water when running MX.
What should I do?????

Have you looked into aluminum? CFM, UM, CT, and many more can be found on ebay. ( Personally the CT sucks) CFM makes some good stuff that is less money than others.

I have seen those you mentioned on ebay but wasnt sure if they would allow the clearance I needed for the no link rear shock setup.
Will they??

you need to modify a stock airbox using an lt500 boot then shaving it alittle on top to raise it this works best aluminum boxes are ok but the stock one has a top. thats always nice here is a pic

Why do you say they are a waste of money? Ive already bought it. Paid a little less used than what I could have bought a CFM box for.
Will the CFM airbox work with my No Link rear???
Thats what I need to know.. I definately like the looks of the CFM better.

Well... the LSR airbox is too wide to mount up in my subframe.. It is For Sale on ebay if anyone is interested.
I still need a definate answer on the question ...
Will a CFM aluminum airbox leave room for the shock on a NO LINK rear setup??
If so... Im in need of one if you have one to get rid of.
Someone let me know.
Thanks,

Their email responses suck!!
Get the phone and call them.
I am almost positive it will clear. I have tried calling my friend to find out but he is not answering.
If you have a no link swingarm, I believe it will work.
I have a PRP frame that uses a no link shock but it uses the stock type swingarm. It WILL NOT work for that set up.
