I have been using rotella t 5w40 for the last two months and have rode it hard even in the heat 97degrees. Is anyone esle using this oil so far I have had no problems and I thought that I would with the heat but so far so good. Let me hear some opinions on this.

I switched to this recently and have no complaints. I too was concerned about running it in the summer months, but so far so good. If anything, my motor seems to be running cooler than it did with the old mobil 1 red cap. Sure cannot beat the price.

Good stuff!!!!!

I was looking for oil that was going to work good and not hurt the clutch and with the price of it I really think you can't go wrong. Anyone else have some opinions.

actually i have heard that this has no moly or friction modifiers in it so yeah i was checking out the prices of it in walmart the other day and it isnt so cheap around here. im just using brad penn for the break in since i can get it for free, the refinery that makes it is in my hometown. they also refine the a lot of the honda oils here too. but i think im gonna switch to the amsoil 0w-40 made specifically for 4 stroke engines after my rings are broken in pretty good. but yeah if you can get the rotella for pretty cheap than go with it. all i have heard is good things about it.

I am all for rotella t and will be because it is working great. Has anyone tried lucas oil stabilizer in their 400's. I can get it for free because my dad is a dealer and have been tempted to try it, but I would rather wait to hear if others are using it.
