Im due for a new pair of rear tires. I am currently running 20s up front and 20s in the rear. i want to be running 20s up front and 18 behind, i am thinking of getting some turf tamers, but cant decide whether to go with 18x9.5x8 or 18x11x8 i kinda want the wider tires b/c i think they would look sick, but i dont know it the 9.5 with be better

On a 300 I'd run the 9.5's. Its less tire to try to turn over.

what do you mean less tire to turn over? will the 11 inchers get more traction?

The 9.5 inch tires get better traction.

The side walls on the wider tire will be more prone to rolling in a hard corner. I run the 9.5 and love'em. If you feel you need more traction groove them.

The 9.5's will be lighter because theres less tire. Meaning you can turn them over easier, which also means you will have less resistance for the motor to over come. :)

I would do the 18-9.5 tires and groove them. I gotta warn you if you ride hard pace at all they will wear fast, and if you hit any bit of slop they will ball over like nuttin, but in perfect dirt they will hook up AWESOME!!
