motor warranty/ crank failure

Tottaly trashed a cylinder, piston, head & Cases.What all do you know about getting a complete new motor from honda??? Any info would be great. Thx...

Are you trying to get it on warranty?

If you just want to buy a new one then call your local Honda dealer and tell them to get you a price on a whole motor. They will have to call Honda on the price of it but they can get it.

Honda has been replacing blown cranks with pretty much no questions asked even if it is out of warranty. take it t your stealership and explain the situation and if they give you any crap then call hondas 1800 number ;)

Make sure you say your wheeler was stock when this happened or you can forget about it i would rather make it stock again then pay like 3500$ for a new motor. :D

and how did this all happen? were you giving it gas when starting it and blew your crank through your cases or what?
