i wanted to know if any one else on this site hac shoulder problems i've dislocated mine for the 4th time the other day and i now have to have surgery on AUG 11th

it blows now i can't go to work, ride my quad or play football this fall

Yea, as you get older this stuff wears on you pretty good. Every morning I get up pop my shoulder, both ankles and knee before I get out of bed. I usually pop my shoulder bout 7 or 8 times a day. I never got it bad enough to have surgery, or atleast I don't think it needed it, but those little accidents add up. What exactly did you do to yours?

1. football -freshman year
2. wheelie on 650 prairie-spring of freshman year
3. tubing behind a boat- 4th of july 05
4. fell through a rotted roof at work(we were roofing/replacing the roof) july 26 05

I have the most problems out of my knees and hips. It's just one of those things that runs in the family. My grandfather has had a hip replacement and both knees replaced, and my dad has always had problems.
