When i am riding in first or second gear just letting it slow down or idle itself, the whole parking brake line rattles and shakes. Why would it be doing that?

Sounds to me like it may be vibrating against the engine or something. I would take the parking brake off and put on a blockoff plate. The parking brakes tend to stick and wear out rear pads anyhow.

Also does anything else on the quad shake? You could have something loose. The cable may have just come out of the clips along the frame.

who knows? lol dont need it any ways, and i am thinking about gettin the block off kit for it. when you take off the p-brake, does brake fluid go everywhere, or can i just take it off, and not put a block off kit on it where the p-brake was?

You won';t lose any fluid when you take the cable loose form the caliper. I wouldn't recommend leaving it open though. Dirt will get in the caliper and really mess things up. You should be able to get a blockoff plate for $10-$15 so it's cheap insurance. Also some people prefer to silicone the blockoff when the put it on but it isn't needed. Most have an o-ring anyhow.

when you get a block off plate do you need to rip that p-brake wire out? or do i have to do something with that wire?? would you want to get a new clutch perch?

You only need to remove the cable from the clutch lever and at the caliper. Then you will have to fish it out of a couple bendable holders along the frame. There won't be any wires to disconnect. The wires on your clutch lever are so it won't start unless you pull in the clutch. You don't need a new lever.
