what do you guys think of these exhaust peices i made on autocad, if i can finda machine shop i am going to have them made for my 450r

i post the pieces in order from where the head pipe enters the exhaust to the end peice, please dont post until i say im done

here is the quiet insert, i can be removed for track use, it is sandwiched in between the end cap base, and the end tip (will be posted next)

im still working on the mount bracket, and the exhuast sleeve will be flat black

but where are these pieces going?
you need more than that to make a pipe?

if you can make those endcaps for the stock can where it doesnt cost you too much you could probably turn a profit on those. Good work

Looks like a Baldwin end cap. Looks nice though, i think you found yourself some side cash if you could get them made and sell them out to people.

you would have to make a butt-load of those, to sell them at a price where people would buy them. because, they really don't look like anything special to me.

where are all the pieces going? there going to be put on an aluminum sleeve, and jet coated black

i also redesigned the endcap to make it more streamline

should look like this (with the quiet core installed)

and the bracket to mount it will be an LRD pipe bracket

pretty nice...so the inside is hollow or will you be having some kind of packing?

yes, it will have a core and packing (2 inch core)

if you look at the pick here, in the middle flange (the circle in the middle) it has a recess (or cutout) this is where the core will slide in) same with the other side, and of course, packing will suroound it
