I was wondering what the best Pipe kit is for a 300EX. I want the most torque in the bottom and mid-range. I looked at Yoshimira and I can get a racing pipe kit which comes with the head pipe, silencer, k&N filter, split fire plug, and a rev box all for 750. Is that a good deal, or should I get a WB kit for cheaper. I just want to know what the best pipe is for the 300EX. thanks

I don't think it is a good deal. The yosh is the most expensive pipe on the market. (I am sure it is a good pipe) If you price everything out separetly, you will find you are not saving money. I have a BigGun pipe and header on my 300 and it cost $400 and give you alot of mid-range power.

Thats not a good deal ! It only cost $600 max. lets just assume the pipe cost $500 and the rev limiter cost $120 & kn filter is $35 thats still only $655. Your better off buying the stuff seperate, i'd just get a WB slip-on it performs just as good as yashimura full system and cost way less.

Hey bsr -

don't forget it comes with a splitfire plug also! :devil

Not a good deal!

Is it really only $120 for a rev box for a 300EX? The only one I found was like $195. I know the 400EX's are in that range but have not seen 300EX's that low except to have your box modded...

Well even if the rev box was 200 it would still be bad deal. How much does yoshimura system cost for 300ex?. Oh I forgot I dont think wb makes slip-on for 300ex.

Sorry.. The price for the kit is 650 w/o a spark arester and 700 with. it comes with the previous stated stuff.

also there is another kit for 350 for the slip on, filter and plug?? I just wanted opinions on the yoshimira pipe if anyone has one. and if WB FMF or any others are cheaper and have the same effect..

thanks
