yfz's and 450r's are your best choices for a freestyle quad, thats what all the pros are using :macho

i found the yfz to be kind of difficult to wheelie. pretty long i think.... better suited towards mx imo

ex and z are the way to go. probably z though, the ex is better in the way it's designed (frame geometry) and also more torque but it gets hot quick when your revving it really high and not going very fast.

for wheelies id say z400 but for full on fmx id say yfz or trx

any quad would be good for freestyle because it's what you make of it and how you use it. so what i'm saying is use whatever quad you have for now untill your able to get a better one unless you already have one thats good. right now i have a 400ex but i want a 450 instaed because of the power it has. yeah i want 450 but then i don't because i feel i should get really comfortable with it first (my 4000 untill i feel i'm ready to move up to a new quad with more power aka 450

w/ my experice w/ air freestyle yfz's fly like an arrow. Unlike my 440ex when it leaves the jump I always gotta put it back in its spot!:o

i don't think they're really that hard. once you're comfy with candy bar's, try doing some stalefish's (candy bar with other foot off pegs) then after getting comfy with that, slowly work your way to clicking.

i guess it's kinda like going from a big no footer to a heelclicker

as soon as it dry's out a little....rained like 3 days in a row ....i'm gonna work on doing a stalefish to saran wrap and staleclick to saran wrap
