i got about 2000 to find a frame but idk wat to start with, i want a crf hybrid but dont know wat frame to use ne help would be nice, o and 2000 is for a rollin chassis

Everything depends on you budget and how fast you want it done. I'm planning on saving up to just buy one, then change a few things to my own liking. Much cheaper to just buy one, but building one is definatley half the fun.
You could use an aftermarket frame or a stock 400ex frame. 250r frames (not intended for crf motors) of any kind won't really work because of how tall the crf motors are.

ATVfourplay makes conversion kits for 400ex CRF conversions I dont know what they cost but i'm sure they would be cheaper than full aftermarket frame. Ive seen a couple done and they look very nice.

If you want to get a decent roller you're going to have to look at stock frames. You aren't going to be able to find a 450 roller for that; so, like they said above, you will probably need to either make a 250R frame work, or buy a 400EX one and make it work. It will be easier on a 400EX.
