Outlaw Extreme, Thunder Valley, and really most of them have sunday practice. Tons of tracks in OH, go to www.pitracer.com, make some phone calls and do some research and youll get a solid answer

You can try crow canyon http://www.crowcanyonmx.com/. Ive been there once you can try to see if there isnt a race there on sundays its got a pretty nice track

If you are going to be near Indiana the motoplex (www.themotoplex.com) Is have a weekend where its free to ride. Its in northeast Indiana. You should come check it out.

ankle is almost 100%...i still get some pains every now and then, im going through therapy right now. Im done racing for the summer though...i got way behind on bills since i was unable to work, so now im just saving and handing the cash to my paps
