Need some ideas and suggestions

Hey guys,
Im making a new custom pipe. Soo far i have the following parts to fart around with.

trinity end cap, used 400ex e-series (pro meg) slip on, and a good big cor. I need to make a cannister, and an end cap mount plate. By this i eman the part thats connected to the core that slides in and rivets into teh cannister. Basically i need like a steel cap...that will slide into which ever cannister i make, so i can bolt a end cap on.
Any suggestions???

Why exactly are you planning to make your own pipe? Do you know all the factors involved, like what it takes to meet USFS approval for spark arrestor, how the internal volume affects returning pressure waves and your powerband?

Honest suggestion? Leave it to the pro's that have already spent the time and money designing a pipe.

Number one, im making a race pipe(not worried about usfs), secondly..yes i know about that, and im "borrowing" a companies pipe design, and number 3...because i dont wanna spend 240 flipping dollars on something i can make msyelf. Im not a redkneck jury rigger...if anyone can pull it off..it'd be me... :)
