Price on an '04 TRX250EX?

Looking to purchase a TRX250EX for my son. Came across an '04 that is essentially brand new (one tank of gas run through it). Completely stock. What would be a fair price?

Thanks for the reply. He is asking $3550, I countered w/$2800 and his response back was $3200. Seems a little steep still. I was thinking of countering w/$3k even as this is ~$800 less than I've been quoted OTD on a new '05...

i sold my 02 for 2 grand even. i think a reasonable price would be about 2700-3000.
