just take some tape or make an outline with a marker. its doesnt take too long. u can use a jig saw and sand it down with some really fine sand paper.

i took some electrical tape and a ruler and made the electrical tape one each side identical. i cut about 1/2 inch away at first with a dremel and slowly got closer to the line. just be careful and DO NOT RUSH. wear safty googles and a dust mask if you dont want plastic shaving up your nose. you would only do that is you use a dremel.

i just bought a tool called the rotozip to cut my fenders. it has a piece made for cutting plastic. it worked great but its hard to keep still cuz it has so much power but besides that it cut through it like butter. I didnt mark off anything i just cut at the crease of the fenders and its straight. u could also use a dremel and make sure u have all different grits of sandpaper it helps a lot. all i had was 120 grit and it took forever. Good luck and take ur time!!!

well, to answer RedRage300ex;s question, they are stock levers, i just put lever grip on them, they are from chaparral, cost $2.50 and are made by pro grip.

to answer 92:250xer, i got the oil cooler from four stroke tech (FST). it cost 100 dollars. it is not on the site or in my pic. my engine is significantly (sp?) cooler. it maybe added 1hp, but tons of reliability is gained. i will take some updated pics today of it, and put it on tonight.

To get that shiny look back to the fender edges after cutting try a lighter held cclosley till it shins then remove(DO NOT TOUCH OR IT WILL SMEAR) and then let cool. All shiny again.
