i made them outa some plastic my brother got from his work they look awsome and they are liek bullet proof i used a jig saw to cut the material and i just taped really hard to get them to set into the grove tell me what you think?

hell yeh they stay in there too so i dont have t worry about them falling out i do alot of trail riding too so there a must have

looks sick but its gonna be a pain getting them out when you need to access the lugnuts

They're not hard to get out at all, i done the exact same thing and all i have to do is knock them out from the back side of the wheel.

if you didn't put a cap on the inside of the wheel wouldn't the mud get stuck in from that side?

Wow those look really nice. I love the black mud caps on the Kawi. It is rad to see them on the front wheels.

I don't do alot of trail riding in the mud but your assumption is correct. I designed mine mainly from keeping mud out when i'm cornering on the race track. Have you ever got a big chunk of mud stuck in your front wheels? Remember how bad it caused the front end to wobble and vibrate? That's the main readon i built mine, it sucks going over a 50 foot tabletop and having your quad shaking you teeth out!!!:eek2:

were you get the material. people say that you can get them at a plummers store. i tryed that and they said it was like 50$ for one i think it was metal but forgot to ask were can i get the materal to make mud caps for my beadlocks
