What is the difference from a +2 a-arm and a longtravel a-arm? Is there that big of difference in the long travel?

by +2 aarms, you're referring to standard travel aarms, right? cause both standand and long travel aarms can come in a +2 width

the long travel give you more suspension travel, i dunno if thats the answer you were lookin for but oh well

LT doesn't really have all that much more tho

i measured my frame travel with my standard travel houser/elka front end, and i got 12.5" and i had 10" of wheel travel.

someone that has a long travel houser/elka setup measured his, and got 12 5/8 frame travel, and 10.5 wheel travel

long travel will be better all around, it will soak up everything much more efficiently because it would put less stress on the springs because they dont have to compress as much

long travel doesnt neccisarily give you more travel, all it does is the longer shaft and stroke gives you more time to adjust going into a section. if your were in a tough woops sections, the long travel would help you get it straightened out alot faster than standard travel would.
