Can someone give me a detailed way in finding the pilot jet. Its been a long day :ermm:

hey man you have to take the carb apart(atleast the bottom) to get to it.

it is right next to the mainjet. just take the 4 screws off the bottom of the carb. the stock jet is a 48.

Alright boys I just jetted the main to 185.. lid is off and the needle is on its 4th clip, but I went to Honda today and they said if I wanted a 50pilot they have to order them in sets of 5.. and im not going to pay for 5.. What a rip.. Will this set up still work?

yeah... just turn the mixture screw out a 1/2 turn or so

you could also order a pilot from many other places like C&D for example
