hey guys, snapped my chain and i need a new one. whats a good brand to get, im not really sure on what to get theres alot of diff. brands. is primary drive good? i want one that will withstand alot of pressure, i dont want another snapped chain and cracked side case.

sidewinder all the way. if your sprokets are worn alittle just get a whole set.

Aye, replace the whole set. You can usually get a discount on a set.. and worn sprockets will cause premature chain wear.

I have a seperate chain and sprockets for my 13/36 (xc) and 14/36 (dunes) setup.

I haven't had an issue with either Sidewinder or D.I.D (except the stinking master link didn't fit either chain, pins were too big, had to drill out the holes. Just a warning so you make sure to fitup your spare chain before you get nailed with it in the field.. lol).

Havent used Primary Drive.. so I can't help you there, sorry.

cz chains are good. my brother has one on his 410 and it can stand 9000 pounds of pressure or something like that. It's smart to replace your sprockets at the same time as the chain.

DID X-ring.... period!

One of, if not the strongest chain on the market. Been using these religiously for a long time now and have nad zero problems what so ever... What you know about that 24k gold finish foo? haha
