i will check for buying an 250r but im not certain because it's a old atv . what problem can i have with an trx 250r 87 ( sorry for my english im french canadian )

Cracks in the frame by middle & rear motor mounts and foot peg areas. Also in the front of the frame where the steering stem is and down tubes.

Gusset the frame. Reinforce the frame in known weak areas. Search the forum for frame gusseting and you will find out about it.
