never had one, but heard they are mint.

I strech my cable out after 3 days of riding. now I have it adjusted tight on both ends of the cable and it still is not disingageing all the way.:o :( . there must be a better quality cable out there than the OEM one.

I broke the stock one, then I broke a Motion Pro,mine keeps breaking at the perch.I have no clue how to stop it so i though that the hydraulic ohne would last a life time(As long as you take care of it.).

ya you should look into a hydraulic clutch if you`ve already broken 3 cables in not even a year:ermm:

Do you think you might have it a little to tight and your pulling past the stop point of the cutch? causing it to break where its breaking???

Should just be breaking just like that all the time.

I've seen guys break clutch cables all the time when the perch and handle do not match up properly. Make sure your perch and handle are meant for each other. If they are mixed parts, you could be putting extra stress on the cable at the perch...I'd be willing to bet this is your problem!

The lever and perch are stock.I am thinks that where the parking brake is of the handle is to lose and when i pull on it I cant pull strait back and this is causing the cable to fray and break. What can i do to fix it XR400 perch and lever?
