i went to the doc the other day and he released me after my full knee reconstruction. but he said i still have to wear my brace when i do things that could hurt it. but i went out to Huntsville, AL yesterday and finally got to get out on a track. didnt get to hit much since it was my first time on a track in..... 7 months or so but it was great! cant wait to start racing again
