what does it mean when it has that under someones name and how do they get that?

Well patron in spanish means BOSS.. I thought it ment they were mods.. Most of them with that under there name have like 2k-15k post count..

Rico told me a long time ago that if I wanted to be a patron I had to donate 14,000 dollars and 3500 cases of beer and for administrator it was 4.3 mil... I am still saving.
