i can only assume he's talking about a 400ex.

the front ones suck beyond belief, but the rear isnt THAT bad. get the rear rebuilt by elka and replace the fronts with some cheap upgradeable elkas. that's what i plan on doing. i think you can send them (fronts) back to elka to have them upgraded (piggyback, ect) when you have the cash and want better performance.
