Need advice for racing, please someone help!!!

I have a 400EX that I just started racing MX!I just purchused a 1.25 Leager swingarm and need a rear shock. I need to know A, if a axis shock off a 450R will work and work good?B: should I get the long travel linkage from elka?

Next I bought a set of Leager +2 standard travel a-arms and need shocks!A:should I sell the a ams and go with +3 Houser long travel with elka quad rate shocks?B: stick with the leager +2 standard travel and buy triple rate shocks??

Should I get the +1 steering stem with high bid bars or no I need advice,I want to do this the right way first and make my 400 the best that it can be.

dont know about the 450r shock. i guess it will work but it might not work good. get the linkage if u do. and for a arms. if u have the money get longtravel with elkas, and a plus 1 stem with low bend bars
