Kerosene in my gas tank

Someone accidentally put an unlabeled gas can filled with Kerosene in my 400EX gas tank. They did not run it but I need to get that stuff out of there. I was going to drain the gas from the tank from the petcock so no more of it got into my carb. Any other suggestions?

drain it, add about a gallon of gas and shake the ehck out of the quad (easier to remove the tank) then re-drain. id also drain the carb.

Disconnect your carb from teh boots, and unplug all the clear tubs off of it..and run gas through your carbs for like half a minute, kerosine is not the best thing for your motor....lol.
