Anybody had this problem?

I recently installed a set of Stage 2 Hotcams in my friend's Z. Everything went smoothly, got it shimmed up and timed correctly and it runs very well. The problem is it seems to run considerably hotter than it ran before. Jetting seems to be very close, if not right on. Is this a common problem with this mod? What are some possible solutions? I've heard of a different impeller for the water pump. What about a lower temp thermostat? Or removing the thermostat altogether.

I'd say its normal cause the stage 2 hotcam allow's the motor to want to rev up more, making the powerband come on later and run longer so it will produce mroe heat.
