a few days ago it was 95 with heat index around 100. throwing trash sucks in this muggy weather. i buy big water bottles from walmart and FREEZE them. i put 5 in my cooler then during the day throw them on the dash and always have cold water. works good.:p

I am drenched with sweat at 2:30am. But most of the time if we work our butts off during the day we get done before the real heat hits around the afternoon. It's nice working in a refriderated truck though!

What's a heat index? That must be a humidity thing? Here they just say "it's 118 degrees today" and that's that........I would melt if I had to go back east......:ermm:

ITs been hot here as well, we had raced last wk end and it reached 106 one of those days :scary: I see on the news where most of the US is feeling the heatwave and AZ has had several homeless peeps dying from it .

If you think about it look at most of the racord bools for temps.. Most were set back in the teens and twenties.. It isnt global warming it is call the end times.. In the end times the sun will be so hot you cannot escape it.. You would have to be under ground to be anywhere close to living..

It was 111 in the shade without the heat index..

Heat index is the humidity added to the air temp..

I lived in glendale az and it hit 126 a few years ago and it was still better than living here with the humidity.. At least in the shade it is cooler.. here you sweat as much in the shade as you do in the sun..

The end times? Were going to die because of a heat wave?:D I sure hope not.. I hate the heat. Winter is amazing to me. I love when it snows and everything is quiet, but I guess im just a cold freak (rarely ever get cold).. you can always put more clothes on, but in the summer theres a point to were you cant take anymore off:p
