Electric Start

I NEED HELP FAST..
I WAS RIDDIN OPNE DAY AND STOPPED TO TALK AND IT WOULDNT START BACK UP..BUT IT WOULD START BY BEING PULL STARTED..
THE BATTERY ISNT DEAD..

well i have to ask when u turn the key on does the neutral and reverse lights come on? does the light work? also one thing u might try is there's a fuse under the seat and a spare try putt'n the spare in and see'n if it works?

I ran into the same problem with my 300ex one time. I spent days going through the wiring and checking the battery, and starter relay. Finally I gave up and brought it to the dealer...
Turns out it was my battery ground wasn't making good contact on the frame!!! They just took it off, scraped any rust/corrosion off the frame and re-attached it. If your battery is good, check that out..
