Clutch Switch

Help please...


Can someone tell me what the clutch switch on the stock perch does? I just changed it out to a aftermarket and I don't know if I need it or not. Thanks,

The clutch switch allows ur bike to start in gear so u need to put the two connectors 2gether either with a fuse or twist them together if u want the bike to start in gear.

so I just need to connect the two together is what you are saying...

Either connect them together or just tape the little black box out of the lever somewhere on the bars. Thats what I did and it works fine (since electronics are not my forte). As long as the switch is "out" and not pushed in, your bike will start just as before in any gear
